Can I use a heath savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) to pay for my therapy?

Yes, you can pay for therapy using an HSA card.  Most HSA cards work well in my practice.  Even if I get a card kicked back, I can easily give you a statement that has all the information you need to get reimbursed from your HSA plan without a problem.  Each plan is different.  It’s a good idea to call and figure out the easiest way for you to access your HSA or FSA funds.
